La Gourmandisedes Moches

Producers & land

Proud of our péi producers.

Behind every jar: hands that plant, harvest, and call us when a crop needs rescuing.

Producers & land

A close-knit network

  • Island farmers

Small farms, big harvests: we buy their surplus and downgraded produce.

  • Local cooperatives

When volumes exceed the market, the jam pot steps in.

  • Market sellers & growers

Stallholders know where the finest ugly ones hide — they set them aside for us.

  • Private gardens

A too-generous orchard? Some workshop fruit also comes from gardens in the area.

L'Entre-Deux, between sea and mountain

L'Entre-Deux, between sea and mountain

Nestled in the wild south, between volcano and ocean, the village of L'Entre-Deux is a land of culture — of fruits, flowers and know-how. It's here, in the “kaz à fabrik” (making house) at 4A rue Fortuné Hoarau, that the workshop settled.

  • Wild south: a generous volcanic terroir
  • L'Entre-Deux: a village of artisans and creators
  • Réunion: one island, a thousand fruit seasons
